Title: Atlanta Beltline and AI: participatory workshops on how food delivery ai bots have affected the beltline ecosystems for cyclists and runners

This research investigates the human–AI dynamics created by the growing presence of autonomous food-delivery robots along the Atlanta BeltLine. As a major corridor for cyclists and runners, the BeltLine is experiencing increased co-presence between riders and driverless delivery bots whose navigation patterns may introduce new forms of distraction, uncertainty, or perceived risk. At the same time, these robots may integrate smoothly into the flow of human mobility, operating predictably and without negative effects on rider experience. By holding participatory workshop we will try to gain in-depth understanding on the spatial and cultural dimensions of how these new bots have reimagined BeltLine, a place inherently designed to increase belonging for Atlantans.
